Specifically, each item’s analysis must include the following information: where was the item found? How difficult (or easy) it was to locate and why? What is the audience for that item? What is it? What is the significance of what was easy to find, or difficult, or impossible? You will represent your chosen item photographically. Use a digital camera, a camera phone, a Polaroid, whatever. Each photograph should be accompanied by a 3-4 page analysis, anything less then 3 pages will not be accepted. Go into great depth when analyzing the meaning of your items and be as critical as you want. Make sure to tie in your analysis and criticism to sociological concepts.
