Region:West South Central

Purpose: To determine if the sample region (West South Central) housing prices and housing square footage are significantly different from those of the national market.

Sample:My sample derives from an original list of 1,001. Of the 1,001, I have taken 500 from the house listing price for West South Central at random. This sample includes states, countries, regions, house listing prices, cost per square footage, and listing of the homes' square footage.

Questions and type of test: define two hypothesis questions for a sample of 500 random.
