Directions: In your team charter, you made a scenario for your survey and the purpose of your survey statements is to evaluate the data that was collected from your classmates and other HIM professionals, to see if your survey responses provided you answers for your scenario. You also provided two outcomes/goals for survey; data aggregation allows for you to evaluate whether you met these goals as well. Make a report below that includes the following data analysis that reflects the outcomes of the survey. Remember your number of participants will be the total number of individuals who completed the survey.

1) Provide data aggregation and analysis for all survey statements.

2) Aggregate any comments that you received to your statements and include a brief description of those items (1 pt).

3 Provide an inferential statistic that reflects how you met one of the survey goals.

Section III: Make a data display showcasing one significant result. (3 pts) Copy and paste your data display in your report. Remember to utilize good graphing display techniques that were identified throughout this course. Your significant result should not just be raw numbers but rather descriptive statistics (percentages).

Section IV: Provide a short-written summary of the results in 1 -2 well written paragraphs. (1 pts) Include one sentence noting anything you would have done different or added in your survey to make your data more meaningful.
