Sexual trafficking is very prevalent in our society toady because it is a huge problem happening everywhere around the world. People of all ages, genders, and social backgrounds can become victims. However, the main victims of sexual trafficking is women and children and people in poverty. Since sexual trafficking happens everywhere everyone needs to be more cautious of tricks and traps that sexual trafficking workers use. The problem is so big that there is a national human trafficking hotline you can call.

There are many cases of human trafficking in the U.S. and there isn't really a place where it doesn't happen. Human traffickers are constantly on the low and are setting up clever tricks and traps to kidnap people. People are kidnapped and sold by human traffickers every day which is why constantly being alert is extremely important because the victim could always be you. I feel really sad each time I hear of a new case of sexual trafficking because I think it is probably one of the most horrible things you can do to a human being. Overall sexual trafficking is a huge problem and we all need to be aware because it happens everywhere including places you might not expect so we all need to be more aware and stay safe.
