What should be a free ranging examination of corporate culture. In many (most?) organizations talk the talk but don't walk the walk.Organizations talk about treating employees as "family" and being open and other "benefits" of their culture.

What should be the corporate culture from a strategic perspective. What should be the ideal culture but no need to explain a wish list or pie in the sky. think about the costs and benefits of different elements of corporate culture and fashion a general idea of what would be the right thing as an executive to shape a culture that promotes positive employee experiences without breaking the bank.
