Assignment Instructions: Analyze the concepts and theories you read about in T206 and L200; utilizing key language and terms from these concepts and theories, write a substantive journal entry that describes the role of Sergeants Major (SGM) as an organizational-level leader (L200) and how that role changes with increased levels of responsibility. Additionally, as part of your journal examine ways in which a SGM influences the development of the organization and its leaders using the concepts of critical thinking (T206).
