Any sports fan knows how frequent clichs are used on a daily basis. Chances are you can recite five or 10 without really even thinking about it. Find a recently published article (from a beat reporter, blogger, etc.) that has at least one clich included in it. Highlight the clich in your answer and then re-write it without the clich. Be sure to include the link to your article. What value do you find in this exercise?
