exceptional circumstances such as staffing shortages, strikes, lockouts or if there has

Our proposal wants to make sure that overtime is paid to every employee after hours
per day and is assigned solely based on seniority and should be voluntary. The main reason
for this proposal is managements arbitrary assignment of work and those who have
refused to work overtime have received written reprimands.

involuntarily.
Our proposal is that Members should get just compensation for the labor, abilities, and
services they provide to the company. That will for the threeyear rise of wages, a fair
and proper way to express their appreciation for their commitment and hard work.

negotiate during the life of the agreement, because it can provide an opportunity for both
parties to discuss workerrelated concerns with each other. It will help us to establish and

care of an ill family member during serious emergency such as Pressing Necessity which
means granted time off with pay during an emergency illness in the family where an
employee cannot control
