By collecting and analyzing data related to stress levels, commuting distance, and transportation mode, location of commuting, age, gender, time, cost of commuting. we aim to uncover patterns and relationships that will help us draw conclusions about how different aspects of commuting impact stress levels. This detailed method section outlines the systematic approach we will follow to answer our research question effectively and carefully. Overview: Ethical considerations were most important in the execution of this study, which informed consent was obtained from participants through a consent form, clearly stating the purpose of the study and their rights. The participants have to answer the Google Survey questions by answering the general demographic questions first and then the Likert scale questions. We will detail how we plan to investigate the relationship between commuting and stress levels. Our primary focus is on understanding how commuting affects stress levels, with stress levels being the dependent variable. To measure stress levels, we will employ qualitative methods, likely utilizing standardized stress assessment tools such as a survey. To examine the impact of commuting on stress levels we have identified about 10 variables. These variables that are listed down below will help us understand how different aspects of commuting contribute to stress. Participants: Our study involves the requirement of participants through an online survey distributed through a web link. Convenience sampling was employed together with a diverse group of participants who commute regularly.
