1. (50 Points) Air at 101,325kPa is to be heated from 98.2C to 310,6C as it flows through a 2cm internal diameter and 7m long tube at a velocity of 11.3m/s. The tube is equipped with an electric resistance heater which provides uniform heating throughout the surface of the tube and outer surface of the heater is well insulated. Determine the heat transfer coefficient and also estimate the inner surface temperature of the pipe at the exit. (Use the Dittus-Boelter equation: Nu=knD=0.023.Re0.3Pr0.4 )
