Start from the original horizontal pencil line (base line) and measure to the center of where the dye stops in each column on the paper. See Figure 3 in the background as needed.
Note: There is room for each of the samples to separate into 3 spots. This may not happen for all of the samples. Therefore, some of the samples will not have data recorded for Spot 2 or 3.
