1. (7 marks) Liam has a theory that, for the typical university student, 10% prefer to drink coffee, 20% prefer tea, 40% prefer cola, and 30% prefer water. (i.e. proportions are 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.3). In a sample taken from his university, it was found that the preferences were: 14 for coffee, 19 for tea, 52 for cola, and 15 for water.
