1.) A short, concise mission statement for this database. You will want to reflect on the interview answers you have from above to write this statement. Refer to this unit's PowerPoint deck for further information about writing this statement.

2.) A list of tables (at least five) with at least one sentence about the purpose for each. At this point this is only preliminaryjust provide some initial thinking with respect to the tables you believe "might" be needed. As you continue your design you are not locked into this preliminary thinking. You don't need to provide any kind of drawingjust list each table and, in a sentence or two the purpose for each table.

3.)Create a short list (at least three) questions you wished would have been asked in the initial interview. The question here is what would you want to know more about or is there something in the existing interview for which you would likeeed more information?

4.)We know that some of the tools used in systems analysis and requirements gathering include observation, interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, and brainstorming sessions. Pick one of these techniques and create a set of well-developed questions (at least seven questions) with which you will begin the activity. Then, decide which group or groups of people at National Education Associates you will use the technique with. As you don't know everyone's names, you can call out specific kinds of people: programmers, analysts, etc. Finally, relay what your expectations for this activity will bewhat do you hope to get out it?
