In person? CDs? Trainings? In other words, how will you get your service to the client? 2. For a product, I want to see the full "channel of distribution" from raw materials, to manufacturing, to packaging, to end user. 4. Management 1. Create an "Organizational Chart" with a description of responsibilities for each position.
