b) Suppose that Sam tell Barry and another sales representative, Jeff, to deliver a car that has just been sold to the purchaser's home.Jeff is told to drive the customer's car, and Barry is to drive another car from the lot, follow Jeff, and give him a ride back to Best Buy.Jeff and Barry decide to stop for lunch at the deli located on the route to the customer's house.When Barry turns into the deli's parking lot, he negligently crashes into a car pulling out of the lot.Applying the IRAC method, discuss whether Barry and/or Best Buy can be held liable to the owner of the other car for damages?

2. Discrimination

Cynthia Horn worked for Knight Management in Detroit, Michigan, as a janitor.When Horn developed a sensitivity to cleaning products, her physician gave her a "no exposure to cleaning solutions" restriction.Knight discussed possible accommodations with Horn.She suggested that restrooms be eliminated from her cleaning route or that she be provided with a respirator.Knight explained that she would be exposed to cleaning solutions in any situation and concluded that there was no work available within her physician's restriction.Has Knight violated the ADA by failing to provide the requested accommodation?Applying the IRAC method, explain your answer.

3. Corporate Directors

Oxy Corp. is negotiating with the Wick Construction Co. for the renovation of the Oxy corporate headquarters. Wick, the owner of the Wick Construction Co., is also one of the five members of Oxy's board of directors. The contract terms are standard for this type of contract. Wick has previously informed two of the other directors of his interest in the construction company. Oxy's board approves the contract by a three-to-two vote, with Wick voting with the majority. Fully discuss whether this contract is binding on the corporation
