1. Andrea, Bart, and Cathy notice a bunny while walking in the woods. Andrea immediately yells out, "I'm gonna get that rabbit and make a couple of lucky rabbit's feet out of it." Bart cries out: "Over my dead body; I saw him first and I'm gonna grab it and make rabbit stew!" Cathy exclaims: "I'll brain the first idiot who touches that adorable bunny! I want him for a pet!" The three then run toward the poor bunny, who tries its best to elude them. Andrea catches it first, loudly proclaiming her victory; but the bunny bites her thumb and she drops it, unharmed. Bart grabs at the poor creature next and tries to stuff it in his pocket but drops him when Cathy tackles him from behind. Cathy then grabs at the bunny and manages to capture and hold it, taking it home with great care. Andrea and Bart, nursing their bruises and egos, solemnly vow revenge. A. Assume that rabbits are considered pests in the state where all this occurred and that there are no laws relating to the killing or live taking of rabbits. Further assume that Andrea and Bart both sue Cathy for the return of the bunny that they claim rightfully belongs to them. Whose bunny is it, anyway?
