2. A brief personal mission statement and summary of what you would like to accomplish as you lead. Consider the impact you would like to have on those you work with, those you work for, and for society overall.
3. Reflection on your temperament and elements of your leadership style (based on assessments you have done in this course and/or elsewhere.) Discuss how you will build on these initial tendencies as you grow in leadership.
4. Address the role of integrity in your approach to leadership. Include two "always do" and two "never do" principles that are very important to you. Draw on ethics material from the course.
5. Identify and discuss key specific short term (next 6 months), medium term (next 2 to 3 years) goals, and the type of specific activities with at timeline that you will do to achieve these goals. Include ideas as to how you can be accountable to your plan. Who will support and challenge you?
