1. At workplace, some of the routine decisions are almost programmed and unknown. This needs very little inputs from the manager to take a decisions. However most of the decisions may need fair amount of inputs by the manager as the related problems are not routine and information's needed to. Briefly discuss the three makings environments faced by the managers and indicated what chrematistics of managers help them to make good decisions?

Value and attitude are two important characteristics of individuals. individuals and groups may differ each other based on the preference. for example ,some individuals /groups may emphasis on the economic value , where they are more interested in usefulness and accumulation of wealth. some other group may have interest in peace and unity, indicate how human values are classified by scholars and explain the interest of human in each of these categories.
