(3)For each of the following business process controls noted in the MS Dynamics GP screenshots page(also listed below), describe your findings while using Quickbooksto create the invoiceas they compare to the findings I have documented using MS Dynamics GPto create the invoice. Provide a brief statement for each of the 8 controls as to whether it is present, missing or unclear in Quickbooks and what you tried in Quickbooks to determine your finding.

Business process controls -

• preformatted screens
• populate input screens with master data
• credit limit check for customer (note that, if present in Quickbooks, this would be on the customer page)
• electronic approvals (as they relate to setting or changing credit limit checks)
• procedure for rejected inputs
• document/record totals
• online prompting (try to delete the transaction as I did in MS Dynamics GP)
• confirm input acceptance

(4) Also provide your general impression of the user friendliness of the on-screen interface and any general observations you have about your brief experience with built-in controls that are apparent in Quickbooks Plus as it is delivered via the free trial.
