1. Choose one job at the hotel, such as front desk clerk (for example). Based on any information you have (job descriptions etc), write a list of detailed duties (10 marks), core competencies for that job (10 marks), and performance standards (expectations) (10 marks) for that chosen job. (total of 30 marks)

2. Based on that, create a performance appraisal form for appraising that job. (20 marks)
