April May June Total

Budgeted sales (all on account). . . . 30,000 50,000 20,000 100,000

Alternating price is $ 10. Based on previous experience, the company managed to attract 70% of the money from existing sales for the month and 30% the following month. Bad debts are avoided and considered non-existent. March saw an ending of $ 78,000 Account Receivable.

At this time, the company is also preparing a production budget for the second quarter. Based on existing data, at the end of the month, inventory must equal the weight of 10% on the following month's sales. The ending inventory in March is 2,000 units.
