1. Conduct a safety inspection of your work area with regards to different hazards. Fill the checklist provided. Add additional hazards identified in the checklist 2. After conducting safety inspection and reviewing the feedback of staff identify different hazards and associated risks using risk identification form 3. Analyse the risk using risk analysis matrix to determine the risk level 4. Negotiate and schedule the meeting with your risk assessment team. During the meeting, use the hazard control hierarchy to recommend a practicable control/treatment of the identified hazards and implementation plan
