If a car arrives at a time there are five cars in front of the pump including the car receiving gas, an arriving car leaves (and is lost). After filling the tank car goes to car wash with probability p and leaves the station with probability (1p). Total number of cars waiting in front of the car wash including the car being washed is 4 . If a car decides to go to car wash (with probability p ) and the space in front of the car wash is full it is blocked until a car leaves the gas station.
