Determine project schedule: How did you ensure that your WBS (work breakdown structure) has sufficient detail to enable you to undertake effective planning and control? b. Implement project schedule: Vi, How have you assessed your performance as project manager during the scheduling process Discuss the process you implemented to analyse the project schedule to keep the project on track and meeting its objectives Discuss the digital tools which you used to assist you with the project schedule Discuss the project monitoring activities you undertook to manage each stage of the project in line with the plan you developed The process you used to review project scheduling and the process you implemented to ensure any recommendations are applied to future projects Recommendations for improvement to current processes which can be ultised for future projects and how you communicated these recommendations.
