1: Create a hiring plan spreadsheet for a company. You may select any company you'd like, as long as the company is currently operational. You can use the table above, or create your own in Excel. Requirements are: Use at least 4 departments. The departments must make sense for the company you were assigned to. For example, if you were assigned a shoe manufacturing company, it would make sense to have Marketing, HR, Manufacturing, and IT as departments. Use at least 20 positions. You can scatter them across departments, but ensure you can back-up WHY you chose the positions. Include a paragraph summary on why you chose the departments and positions (justification). A justification might include: "I chose Manufacturing because the company assigned to me is a manufacturer of athletic shoes. I chose 10 laborers because, in order to manufacture 200 shoes per day, 10 laborers will be needed. I chose 5 more laborers in Quarter 3 because the company will need to ramp up production for the holidays, and be able to manufacture 300 shoes per day." Feel free to be as creative as possible! Colors, tables, charts, are all fine! Use your business math skills
