1) Create a Project Scope Statement for the case study using the template provided, or a template of your own. If you are using your own template, ensure that you are including scope description, deliverables, acceptance criteria, exclusions, constraints and assumptions. (10 Marks)

2)Create a WBS for the case study either by deliverable or phase. Suggest using a 'white' board and once you are satisfied with it, you can take a picture(s) of it and use them as part of the submission. (10 Marks)

3)Develop a WBS Dictionary for only one(1) work package item from your WBS in question 2. Suggest using form 2.10 from your 'A Project Managers Book of Forms' and include as much detail as possible for the work package selected. (5 Marks)
