1. Create and define a project for which you are the Project Manager. NOTE that this project will serve the 3 No. assignments that are required for this course (ARH 3110), therefore it should be simple but contain all the facets and properties of a project. 2. Using the Process Groups and Knowledge Management Area, prepare a matrix (reference Table 3-1 PMBOK ) and for the Process Groups - Initiation, Planning Executing Monitoring and Close Out as needed to be achieved, under Project Integration and Project Scope management Knowledge Areas. 3. Prepare a narrative describing what is involved, using your project to, "Develop Project Charter," detailing what Inputs, Tools and Techniques you have used to generate the Output - here, The Project Charter. 4. Do the same for "Identify Stakeholders," under the Initiation Process Group and the Project Communication Knowledge Area. 5. Do the same for "Develop Project Management Plan," under the Planning Process Group and the Project Integration Knowledge Area. 6. Do the same for "Monitor and Control Project Works" under Monitoring \& Controlling Process Group and under Project Integration Knowledge Area. 7. Do the same for "Perform Integrated Change Control" under Monitoring \& Controlling Process Group and under Project Integration Knowledge Area. 8. Under Project Scope Management Knowledge Area perform the tasks under the Planning Process Group. Similarly perform the 2 No tasks under "Monitoring \& Controlling Process Group" all, as they apply to your project. 9. Create a list of at least 5 No. risk events that you envisage might occur on your project and create a mitigation list against each item identified. 10. Create a "Close Project," under Closing Process Group and Project Integration Management Knowledge Area. NOTE however, for the purpose of this Assignment "Direct and Manage Project Execution" Under "Executing Process Group" and "Project integration Management Area" will be excluded from your discussion
