ABC is seeking a Human Resource Administrative Assistant (HRAA) to join our team, this position would report directly to our Human Resource Manager out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. This exciting opportunity to join our dynamic, inclusive team presents an opening to learn and foster your skills. As an HRAA, you would process, verify, and maintain personnel documentation, this includes staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. The position also entails recording data for each employee and explaining company personnel policies and procedures to employees and applicants. Helping and answering questions regarding employee programs, plans, and other pertinent information. Aiding in the preparation of job advertisements, onboarding, and triaging incoming requests and calls to appropriate Human Resource professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS: o Completion of or enrollment in a Business Administration Diploma or Human Resource Management Diploma o Experience with word processing (draft letters and email messages) o Experience with using computers and computer systems (entering data, retrieving data, and processing information) o Experience with helping others within a work environment o Knowledge of business principles (resource allocation, production methods, and the coordination of people and resources) o Excellent interpersonal skills (establish and maintain interpersonal, constructive, and cooperative relationships) o Exceptional verbal communication skills (actively listen, provide, and gather information in person, online, or by telephone) o Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information according to workplace policies and governing legislation o Ability to perform administrative activities (maintain files, create reports, and process paperwork) o Ability to communicate information in writing so others will understand o Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish work o Access to a vehicle to travel on occasion for overnight (two days, one night) business trips o Experience handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving conflicts (preferred) o Experience scheduling events, programs, and activities (preferred) 0Job ID FTE-012345 Closing Date: September 29, 2023.
