1. Describe a sustainability issue in a company you've worked for, work at now or may work with in the future (it doesn't have to be related to this week's class about food).

2. Set the stage (background), identify the key issues and drivers (what is the organization's challenge regarding sustainability? who are the key players? is there a protagonist?), identify important stakeholders (owners, employees, investors, supply chain and/or community) and possible courses of action.

Often, strong case studies conclude with a few open-ended questions to provoke thought and analysis in the reader.

Be concise, limit yourself to two- three pages.
