In a Catholic school a boy saw his sister crying. Asking her why she was crying, he found out she put her nickel for milk that day in the class "poor box" because the nun told her it was more important to help starving children elsewhere. She had felt guilty for not contributing. All her friends had two nickels and put only one in the box. She had only one nickel to donate and that was for her lunch time milk that she donated. The boy having already bought and drank his milk, snuck into the back of the lunchroom where the milk was kept and stole a cartoon of milk and gave it to his sister. After she had drank the milk the nun cornered the boy and told him that other kids had seen him steal the milk. He was punished by the nun for stealing, by having to wash all the lunchroom tables after school.
