example: Education! Some families have rules and others don't- but all companies do. Public schools are needed to teach all kids how to live within a set of rules. Not long ago, only rich kids were educated as the poor were dismissed as stupid. We now know that talent can be found anywhere and that every kid deserves an audition (education is an audition). Build prisons or build schools- the choice is ours!
