Include the court's ruling and reasoning. Add your own opinion on the outcome of the case. Do you agree or disagree with the court's findings?

4) Based on what you have learned about the negligence and tort area of law, do you think that it effectively meets the legal needs of the sports industry and that segment of society that enjoys sporting events? Is a better approach possible?
