1. Describe the meaning and nature of contracts formed in each of the following situations:

(i) A person who has boarded a hop-in, hop-off (Ho-Ho) city tour bus with fixed fair of 200 rupees irrespective of the distance travelled.

(ii) Assuming that the lowest and the highest fare slabs are rupees 10 and 100 and the passenger is detected with a ticket of lowest denomination one station before the last point.

(iii) Immediately on boarding the bus, the passenger comes across a wallet with a passport and some dollar notes.

(iv) The passenger is found without ticket but he pleads mistake.

(v) What kind of contract will be there at the end of the journey?
