Designer and synthetic drugs are often mislabeled to mask the purpose of those drugs (i.e. plant food, jewelry cleaner, etc.) How would you go about regulating a substance that is identified for another purpose? if these products are advertised as "not for humans consumption", what responsibility does the company who produce and market these substances have? should they be blamed when people use these drugs?

2. As medical medical improvements and technology advances, it is often difficult for the World Anti-Doping Agency to remain current in policy-making. If an athlete is gaining a competitive edge from a new product that has not been banned, does that constitute as cheating? What if the substance is later banned? was the athlete cheating?
