1. Discuss at least three (3) challenges encountered in your country that impede project completion on schedule, as well as potential solutions. At least one project should be mentioned or discussed. 2. Discuss the primary lessons learned from the Project Scheduling and Application Techniques module that can help with project delivery on schedule. 3. Discuss how you, as a project manager, would use any two of the tools and strategies contained in the project scheduling to ensure on-time delivery. Discuss any challenges you may face, why they exist, and how you could overcome them.
