Discuss two natural tendencies that you think are/would be a potential advantage or disadvantage to your career success in your current (potential) leadership role. A tendency can either be to use (or not use) a particular style, or to demonstrate (or be unable to demonstrate) a certain behavior. If you are currently in an established leadership role, then think of both tendencies as a leader. If you are currently in a subordinate role but aspire to be a certain type of leader, then discuss the tendencies one in a leadership and one in a followership role. These natural tendencies should be based on your self perceptions (preferably supported by personal examples). Do these also align with your self-assessments (that you did for PAA assignment)? 3. The above analysis should be supported using academic concepts / theories covered in the course. 4. Describe a specific, concrete action plan you could follow by specifying what steps you would take to address the 'weakness' and exploit your strength in your work context. Discuss such an action plan in short, medium, and long-term. Avoid making tabular and bulleted narrative; rather use a brief paragraph for each of these time segments. 5. Overall, the essay should be about 2000 words (though you may exceed it without compromising succinctness). Please use APA style 7 for general structure and formatting (headings, citing, and references).
