“Sarah and Melissa are long time co-workers and generally have a good working relationship. On a few occasions, they have been assigned to work together on projects but some issues have come up.
Melissa feels that Sarah takes over the project, dominating the conversation and making key decisions without the input of others.
Sarah, on the other hand, feels that Melissa does not take the initiative on the project and feels she has to take on more responsibility than she should.
The project is always finished successfully and they have been able to maintain their good working relationship but both are unsure about how to proceed if they are assigned another project.”
