For Clarity and Simplicity, I used simple words and straightforward language which helped ensure that the message was clear and easy to follow. It was important to deliver a message that everyone can fully understand, where misunderstandings can be costly. For Confidence and Assertiveness, I displayed a confident tone that helped reinforce my self-assurance and readiness to take on the leadership role. The approach was to hopefully help build trust and empathy with the hiring team.
