Masters's degree, and Ph.D. Shortly after she moved to Great Britain, her neighbor, Jay Brisbee,

moved his fence to enclose his own land, and most of her land in Boulder. Eight years later, she

returns to Boulder to find Brisbee has effectively enclosed of her land as part of his own

property. She sues for the return of her land. Will she win? Explain.

2. Mary is married to Kent. From an earlier marriage, she has three children. Upon her death, she

leaves her home to Kent for life then to her three children as tenants in common. Three months

after her death Kent sells the house as he is short on money. After Kent dies, the children serve

the new owner, Ino Cent, with an eviction notice. Ino, however, claims he is the rightful owner.

Explain whether he is correct.
