In fact all business enterprises planned and developed strategies hoping to gain competitive advantages in their businesses. On the other hand, the marketing channels in the true spirit provide a business enterprise an effective and efficient means to distribute its products and services to satisfy the needs of ultimate users. Often than not, there are complex and conflicting situations and problems arising from among the members in the distribution channels and if they are not resolved amicably and in good time, the business enterprise would suffer both financially and loss of its markets. However the bright side about the marketing channels is their potential capability to enable a business enterprise to enjoy competitive differentiation. It has become apparent that the marketing channels not only play an important role in the distribution of the products but have an implicit role in enhancing the competitive advantage of a business enterprise
