1) Find any case, hopefully relating to the Hospitality Industry - any area of law (contract, property, torts, employment, regulations, etc..). Post the case or a link to the case on discussion area. Do not post the same case that another student has posted on. Find a case that has not been discussed prior, please. 2) IRAC the case. IRAC is discussed in Chapter ONE page 14 and 15. Also Chapter FOUR , pages 12 through 13. 3) Discuss your thoughts on the case. Is Plaintiff in the right? Or, Defendant? What about what the Judge said? Do you agree with any holding by the Court? What future impacts could this have on the Hospitality Industry- higher wages, less employees interested, higher costs of doing business, etc
