1. From the perspectives of buildings' builders, consumers, and suppliers, what are the costs and benefits of there being one versus five popular green building standards? 2. Are there network effects in LEED adoption, and if so, where do they come from and to whom do they accrue? 3. Should USBGC be worried about competition from other building standards in the new construction segment? 4. Why has developing updates to the LEED standard become so complex and time-consuming, and what should USGBC do about it? 5. What growth path should USGBC target in its strategy?
