1.F.W.T. owned property next to his father's where he operated a business. F.T., the father, obtained a drone and began flying it over his son's property. At one point, the drone was swooping in on the heavy equipment being operated as part of F.W.T.'s business. An operator of one piece of equipment said that the drone flew straight into his line of vision. The drone never touched the surface of the son's property.
