Now do a scatter plot of the relationship between log GNI and 9% of population aged 0-14 and fit a trend line through it. What does this plot indicate about how the percentage of minor dependents varies with GNI? For each of the PICs, indicate whether it lies above or below the trend line and interpret the meaning of this. 3.
