2. Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. Break down the work to Level 3 or Level 4, as appropriate. Be sure the WBS is based on the project charter, the project scope statement, and other relevant information.

3. Use the WBS you developed to create a Gantt chart using MS Project. Estimate the task duration enter dependencies, milestones, and resources as appropriate. Remember your schedule goal for the project is six months. Keep Sat & Sun plus all Ontario Statutory holidays as non working days.

4. Identify at least five milestones for the Global Treps Project. Write a short paper describing each milestone using the SMART criteria. Discuss how determining the details of these milestones might add activities or tasks to the Gantt chart. Remember that milestones normally have no duration, so you must have tasks that will lead to completing them.

5. Develop a strategy for Scope validation and Change control for this project. Write a short paper summarizing key points of the strategy.

6. Send out Meeting Minutes. You will need to hold one or more meeting to plan and work on project deliverables. Your group leader should capture minutes from these meetings and send out an an email to all team members and your professor. Your minutes should include the following:

Agenda - an exact copy of the meeting agenda, including allotted times

Attendees - who attended, who was absent, who came as a guest

Summaries of each agenda item discussed - detailed enough so that anyone who was not present would get the gist by reading the minutes

Action items - the next steps agreed upon during the meeting, including what needs to be done by who and by when
