Natasha agrees to do it and goes over to the store and the clerk is not an old woman but a young, strong man. Natasha decides not to steal the beer and leaves the store empty-handed. Did a crime occur in this scenario? If so, which crime or crimes? Who could be prosecuted for the crime/crimes?

3. Scott reads a sign in the public bathroom that says, "Free oral copulation in this stall on Wednesdays at 2". Scott returns to the restroom at 2 PM on Wednesday for the purpose of having public sex in the restroom. Has Scott committed any crime? If so, which crime and why is it a crime? If he has not committed a crime, why not?

4. Forest Grump is present during a number of conversations with other charged conspirators. During these meetings, the other Defendants who were charged with conspiracy planned a robbery. Forest was not involved in the planning or commission of the robbery. Should Forest be charged with conspiracy? Why or why not?

5. Victor was walking down the street when he was stopped and restrained by Bob. Ward then took Victor's wallet from his pocket. What crime/crimes if anyhave occurred in this scenario?

7. John, Paul, George, and Ringo make plans to rob a bank. After the plan is completed and agreed to, John, Paul, and George realize that the plan won't work and decide not to participate. After John, Paul, and George withdraw, Ringo goes out on his own and purchases a handgun and arranges for a getaway car to complete the bank robbery. Has a crime occurred? Which crime/crimes? Who should be charged in this case?
