2, There are multiple concepts that managers can use on their journey to become successful leaders. One of these major ideas is the behavioral viewpoint of management. it describes what it means for a manager to understand the behavioral theory of management and how it can improve the work environment. This viewpoint emphasized the importance of managers understanding their employees' behaviors in order to motivate them to perform their best work. This concept can also be extremely beneficial for managers to understand, especially in today's society. Potential employees want to find a work environment where they feel they can grow and thrive, so it is crucial for managers to understand how best to do this through the behavioral viewpoint of management.

Another tool that is very important in management is understanding and implementing the strategic management process. This five-step process helps managers to keep their organization or company current in their mission and goals, and it also helps to gauge how well their company is performing in terms of accomplishing their goals. If managers choose to forgo this process and never alter or change their missions or goals, their organization will never be able to move forward. Also, without this process, a manager would never be able to see if they are making progress in their mission or not. As times change, visions and goals must also change as well.

Lastly, one of the most important traits that a manager can have is the ability to make ethical decisions. Based on the evidence displayed,the number of managers who have had to leave organizations because of unethical decision-making has increased tremendously. It is necessary for managers to understand what it means to make ethical decisions because it could not only lead to them losing their position, but it could also lead to the demise of their company. Overall, there are many important tools and behaviors that managers must know in order to be successful. Without understanding these concepts to their fullest capacity, a manager will not be able to work as a successful leader. (Could i get wide replies for this one, please)

3, They're a few tools/or manager traits that can be discussed for managers. Managers play an important role in every company or business. Other than the business owner or owner of a company, the manager is the next person that leads the team to having success. Every major company of any sort has a manager to keep their crew on track. The manager's job is to keep business running smooth for the owners.

First, manager's need to find ways to manage their time and being proactive properly. The managers are running around trying to keep their employees to stay positive and to do their job right and keeping up with the calendar. Managers managing their time is big, because not only they are making sure everything is going smooth, but they need to be proactive being on top of online orders or online production. Managers can be easily distracted at times dealing with customers or losing their focus.

Second, another important aspect for managers to handle is the ability to interact with people well. Managers need to have good communication skills with their employees and team to be successful. If the manager wants to keep business going smooth and positive, they need to encourage their crew to want to succeed. Managers need to be fair with their employees. Managers need to be able to communicate to customers if something is not going their way. Many times managers will interact to customers if something is not right. Managers need to have calm emotions when they deal with rude customers. Communication is a big aspect to what makes

Lastly, the final tool managers need to be successful is making the right decisions. Managers need to make the best decisions for the business consistently. If managers can make situations better or solving issues quickly, they will be accountable. Managers need to be able to take opportunities when they can. 4, Three management tools or managers traits that I believe can help managers be successful are as follows, firstly "the ability to communicate". This is a crucial trait for managers to emulate. Effective communication leads to a great interpersonal relationship, fewer misinterpretations, fewer staff turnover and a job well done. If managers do not know how to effectively communicate with their team there will be a room full of misunderstandings, discomfort and even disrespect.

Another tool for successful managers is 'behavioral viewpoint- which emphasized the importance of understanding human behavior and motivating employees towards achievement". Motivating can be categorized in two forms, intrinsically or extrinsically motivated. A good manager should be able to identify what inspires an employee to do well. Some persons prefer a pat on the back so to speak or kind words regarding the job they are doing while others can motivate themselves just knowing that they are an asset to the team. Employees should be motivated to do a great job, whether it is by offering an incentive, improving the working conditions, and showing appreciation for their efforts and hard work.

Lastly, "decision making- which is the process of identifying and choosing alternative courses of action". When decisions are being made managers should take into consideration an employee's feelings and their point of view. A good manager would solicit feedback from their team before making drastic changes within the workplace.
