1. I selected this process because a lot of time and productivity was wasted. Goals were not being met in terms of timeliness and customers were often left unsatisfied. 2. Steps to analyze the process would be to have customers complete surveys and ask for employee feedback in weekly meetings. 3. Individuals that should be involved are the entire workplace. Management will have to assign which teams employees will be on. The employees will perform the maintenance and provide the feedback to management to perfect the process. 4. Questions to ask about the current process are, "the average time frame it takes for maintenance items to be completed, has there been any history of any attempts on improving the process, and if so, what did and did not work?". 5. A way to know if the process was actually improved is to create a spreadsheet or line graph. The data should display the average time it takes each month week to get items issued to customers. Over the course of 6-12 months there should be a trend to show if turnaround time has decreased or increased
