1) identifty at least two different hazards and contributing to controlling the risks associated with those hazards and evaluating the effectiveness of the risk controls once implemented.

2) you must develop a risk assessment plan, help select appropriate rick controls and develop and implement monitoring plans for the risk controls.

for each plan clearly state the;

- identified hazards, risk assessment and risk controls

- health and safety duty holders and their duties

- identify and explain the information and data you are using

- how you contributed to the selection and application of techniques, tools and processes for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk controls

- the required documentation process

- the planned strategies for communicating with different people about requirements, controls, implementation, monitoring and compliance.
