This has had an impact on my mental health and emotional well-being at various points in my life. Growing up in a country setting surrounded by nature influenced my growth positively. The access of open areas, clean air, and a close together neighborhood contributed to a sense of well-being and unity to nature. Little experiences with people diverse cultures and ethnicities until I moved back to my hometown, Louisiana. My family ties have been a source of strength. To better my physical and mental well- being, I can be more consistent in going to the gym, maintain a balanced diet, practice stress management techniques, and continue to go to therapy. To make the physical world a better place, I can get involved in environmental advocacy, support sustainable practices, and actively participate in local sustainability and food safety projects. To help build a better social environment, I may volunteer in my community, advocate for social justice, and encourage diversity and equality. To promote an equal society, I may actively listen to the experiences and concerns of those who are at a disadvantage. I will continue to seek therapy to manage my mental health, participate in continuous improvement, and focus on self-improvement to gain a sense of control and strategic skills. I'll also set specific goals for myself and strongly seek personal and professional development.
